Nikko Stevens is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice. A former athlete, and seasoned golfer, Nikko understands the importance of hard work, dedication and teamwork, as well as the level of mental toughness it takes to handle complex legal matters. As an advocate, Nikko uses these same skills to represent employers, large and small, on all aspects of Labor & Employment related matters.
Originally from the northeast, Mr. Stevens moved to California in 2012 and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Stevens received his bachelor’s in finance from the University of South Florida, where he served as a representative at the Interfraternity Council.
Mr. Stevens has served as a law clerk at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc., gaining extensive experience performing legal research, drafting memoranda, and preparing and editing motions. Prior to joining Foley & Foley, Mr. Stevens worked at a leading M&A advisory firm where he helped private equity buyers execute strategic small and mid-market acquisitions for their investment portfolios.
